Niki Schrock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Team Member Experience at Clayton since October 2011, Niki has significantly improved team member engagement and reduced turnover, resulting in considerable cost savings. Previous roles include directing the establishment of the organizational development function at Clayton and working as a Senior HR Business Analyst at Alcoa, where Niki contributed to talent management initiatives. Earlier positions also include managing training and performance at Clayton Homes, serving as an HRIS Systems Analyst at Ruby Tuesday, and leading training initiatives at Knoxville Utilities Board. Niki holds an MBA in Risk Management & Finance from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University, where graduation was achieved cum laude.
