Jason Darnell currently serves as a Talent Manager at Clayton and Co-Founder of Connect Staffing & Executive Search, both roles starting in March 2023. Prior to these positions, Jason was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Smith & Wesson, where responsibilities included leading overall talent strategy, community engagement, and managing the talent acquisition team from December 2021 to March 2023. Jason's extensive experience in talent acquisition also includes significant leadership roles at Cracker Barrel, where Jason oversaw full-cycle recruiting and managed a team of recruiters from 2007 to 2021, and positions at Ruby Tuesday, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Jason Darnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Management from Maryville College.
