Paul Pugh, Jr. has a diverse background in property management and appraisal, currently serving as Commercial Property Manager, Commercial Tax Appraiser, and Residential Appraiser with the Clayton County Board of Commissioners since May 2012. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Development Business License Inspector and Animal Control Officer with Henry County Board of Commissioners from March 2004 to June 2011, where Paul was also recognized as a NACA Nationally Certified Animal Control Officer. Earlier service includes time in the US Army as an Animal Care Technician, specializing as a Veterinary Technician from July 1998 to July 2000. Paul Pugh, Jr. holds an Associate's degree in Business and Office Technology from Griffin Technical College, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
