Chuck Strozeski has over 20 years of experience in technical and leadership roles within the engineering field. Currently serving as a Service Technician at Clayton Industries since January 2001, Chuck is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing steam generators, chassis dynamometers, and relevant equipment. Before this, Chuck dedicated 21 years to the US Coast Guard, retiring as a Senior Chief Machinery Technician. During tenure with the Coast Guard, Chuck held multiple positions, including Assistant Engineer Officer, where oversight of a 13-person engineering support team took place, and Propulsion Plant Supervisor, which involved maintaining diesel propulsion engines and leading engineering training efforts. Chuck also served as a Senior Instructor, supervising personnel and evaluating new instructors.
