James Goodfellow has over 15 years of experience in the printing and management industries. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Clays since May 2009, James has advanced through various roles including Estimating Manager and Production Control Manager, overseeing project coordination and departmental improvements. Previous positions include Print Estimator at Micropress Printers Ltd and Underwriting Systems Advisor at NFU Mutual, where James developed skills in training and customer support. James’s educational background includes a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, completed between 2018 and 2020.
