Taniya has diverse work experience in the tech industry. Taniya started their career as an Eduread intern at EduRead in August 2020. In January 2021, they joined Sabudh Foundation as a Data Science professional and worked until July 2021. Taniya then transitioned to ClayHR, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they worked as a Software Developer from January to July 2021, followed by a promotion to Software Engineer in July 2021. Currently, Taniya serves as a Senior Software Engineer at ClayHR, starting from July 2022.

Taniya completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic College from 2015 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the following:

- Data Analytics with Python from NPTEL in June 2020.

- Introduction to Programming Using Python from Progate in June 2020.

- Python Programming from SKILL TRAINING CENTRE GNE Campus in July 2019.

- JAVA from SKILL TRAINING CENTRE GNE Campus in July 2017.
