Chereese Stewart is an experienced public administrator currently serving as the Assistant County Manager for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since December 2017. Prior to this role, Chereese served as the Director of Economic and Development Services for Clay County, focusing on initiatives aimed at sustainable economic growth and job creation. Additionally, Chereese has experience as the Director of Career and Technical Education for the School District of Clay County, extending service in that capacity from June 2013 to January 2022. Chereese holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Florida, an Associate's Degree from St. Johns River State College, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences from Texas A&M University.
