Puneet Sabharwal is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Brand & People at Clay since November 2023. As Co-Founder and CEO of Horti LLC since March 2017, Puneet has developed a plant subscription service aimed at supporting indoor gardening enthusiasts. Previous roles include Board Advisor for Experience Design at Thoughtful Brands, where a focus on responsible consumer choices was prioritized, and Head of Product Design at Olo, where Puneet contributed to the development of an innovative ordering platform for restaurants. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in product design and user experience at various companies, including Merriam Tech, One Little Indian, Usablenet, and Brigade. Puneet holds a BFA in Commercial Art from the College of Art, Delhi, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
