Marisa Michaelsen is an Associate at Clausen Miller P.C. since September 2017, with prior experience as a Research Intern at the same firm and as a Legal Intern at The PLK Law Group, P.C. Marisa has expertise in trademark and copyright registrations and has facilitated various contracts in intellectual property. Marisa's background includes research and analysis on legal issues related to litigation and land use law, having worked at the Pace Land Use Law Center. Marisa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with concentrations in Land Use and Real Estate and Intellectual Property Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
