Jay Harker is a Partner at Clausen Miller PC, where employment litigation, professional liability defense, insurance coverage, and insurance subrogation are the primary areas of practice since April 1998. Previously, Jay held the position of Attorney at Wood, Bohm & Francis, focusing on commercial litigation from August 1997 to April 1998, and at Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard, also specializing in commercial litigation and insurance defense from 1995 to August 1997. Jay Harker earned a Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley between 1990 and 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1990.
