Natalie McClure has a diverse work experience. Natalie began their career in 2009 as the EDGE Coordinator and Life Teen Assistant at St. Patrick Catholic Community, where they were responsible for coordinating a Catholic middle school youth ministry program. In 2008, they worked as the High School Youth Ministry Program Coordinator & Activities Facilitator at Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos. In 2012, they became an Administrative Assistant at Saint Joseph Parish. In 2017, they became a WERQ Dance Fitness Instructor at Tu Sei Bella Fitness Studio and Notre Dame Recsports. Most recently, in 2016, they became a ClassDojo School Leader Support Lead and Customer Support Team Member at ClassDojo.

Natalie McClure attended the University of Notre Dame from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Psychology.
