Kaihaan Jamshidi is currently a Service Design Lead at HSBC starting from June 2021, and an Associate at Class35 since May 2020. Prior to these roles, Kaihaan held positions such as Senior Manager at Accenture, Strategy Lead at Karmarama, and Group Director Strategy, Consulting at R/GA. With a background in engineering from the University of Cambridge, Kaihaan has experience in digital strategy, customer experience design, brand innovation, and launching new products across various industries.
