Javarra Hodge has diverse work experience in the entertainment and gaming industries. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at BAKARI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC. as a Partner/Event Coordinator, where they developed and planned community entertainment events. Javarra also handled artist and celebrity bookings and managed event budgets. From 2017 to 2021, Javarra worked at the Dallas Mavericks, initially as an Events Team Associate and later as a Coach and Camp Coordinator. In these roles, they developed new ways to engage fans, organized events, and coached students in gaming skills and careers. From 2018 to 2022, Javarra worked at Addventures Music as an Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator, where they networked with artists and entertainment companies, assisted the CEO with daily tasks, and planned music concerts. Currently, Javarra works at ClashTV as a Content Producer, where they are responsible for developing marketing concepts and seeking new talent for the streaming platform.
