Mariangela Moreno, MBA, is an experienced IT Project Manager at Claro Puerto Rico since October 2018, specializing in planning and managing software development projects using PMI methodologies. Prior to this role, Mariangela served as a Business Analyst in the PMO Office at Claro's IT Department, where responsibilities included understanding business requirements and implementing process improvements. From May 2009 to September 2018, Mariangela held positions at Universal Insurance Group, including Service Desk Team Lead and Service Desk Coordinator, overseeing service desk operations and leading IT projects.
