Shaul Ben Maor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shaul is currently the CTO & Co-Founder at Claro-Mentor, a position they have held since September 2021. Before that, Shaul was self-employed as a Management Consultant starting from January 2019. Shaul has over 20 years of team leading, presales, and customer management experience. Shaul also founded and served as the CEO of Lighthouse Discover & Self Improve from November 2020 to September 2021.

Prior to their self-employment, Shaul worked at Quali from February 2020 to November 2020 as a Technical Product Manager. Shaul also held the role of International Technical Director of Customer Success and Presales from January 2015 to February 2020. Additionally, Shaul worked as an R&D Team Leader at Quali from August 2013 to January 2015, leading a team of up to 14 developers.

Before joining Quali, Shaul worked at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd. from 2007 to 2013. Shaul served as a Development Manager, responsible for tactical C4I software. Shaul was also a Project Manager for medical search and rescue command and control software and a R&D Team Leader for an RF L. O. S analysis and control system.

Shaul's earlier experience includes working in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces), where they held various roles such as R&D department head, Project Manager, Team Leader, and Senior developer from 2000 to 2007.

Shaul Ben Maor completed their education at the College of Management Academic Studies from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Shaul later pursued further education at Reichman University from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Management Consultancy.
