The Project Management Team at Clark/Sullivan Construction is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The team handles project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while closely monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise.
