Christopher Woolley has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. Christopher most recently served as the Head of Service Delivery at Clarks, where they were responsible for the strategy and operation of business-critical IT services on a global scale. Christopher managed various IT service delivery functions, including helpdesk, service management, infrastructure services, 24/7 operations, and end-user computing. Christopher successfully established key support best practices, exceeded SLA targets, and implemented reporting capabilities to track service delivery performance. Christopher also sourced cost-effective outsourced contracts and managed the service delivery budget. Prior to Clarks, Christopher worked as the Senior Service Manager at Debenhams and OVO Energy, where they provided leadership to service management teams, optimized operational processes, negotiated service agreements, and implemented IT controls. Christopher Woolley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2001 to 2004.
