Richard Moore is a Partner in the commercial litigation team at Clarke Willmott LLP, having held this position since August 2014, where Richard specializes in commercial and intellectual property litigation for diverse UK and international clients. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Partner at Geldards LLP from January 2003 to August 2014, and held positions as Associate and Senior Associate there. Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Solicitor and Senior Solicitor at Mills & Reeve from January 1999 to December 2002, and began their legal career as a Solicitor at DLA Piper in 1998, after training as a Trainee Solicitor at Bond Pearce & Dibb Lupton Alsop from 1996 to 1998. Richard holds an LLB (Hons.) in Law from Cardiff University, along with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from both the University of York and the University of California, Davis.
