Samuel Hammer Rojas is an experienced attorney currently serving as Abogado at ClarkeModet since July 2019 and previously held the position of Abogado at Banco de Chile from February 2016 to June 2019. Samuel has pursued advanced education in intellectual property law, including a course in CopyrightX at Harvard University and specialized training on the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks through the World Intellectual Property Organization. Samuel's foundational legal education was completed at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where a Licenciatura en Derecho and Abogado degree were obtained. Additional studies at the same institution include a Diplomado in Propiedad Intelectual and a General Course in Intellectual Property in 2019.
