William Stokes is a shareholder at Clark Partington, where William has been a member of the commercial litigation department since April 2012. Stokes focuses on real property litigation, land use and zoning, environmental law, and creditors' rights. Prior to this role, Stokes served as an associate attorney at Cunningham Bounds, LLC from March 2011 to April 2012. Stokes earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Political Science from The University of Alabama in 2007.
