Aaron Poster is an experienced engineer with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently employed at Clark Dietz, Inc. since October 2022, Aaron previously held the position of Director of Operational Improvement at Walbec Group from November 2019 to October 2022. Prior to that, Aaron served as a Project Manager at Payne and Dolan from May 2007 to November 2019 and worked as an engineer at Clark Dietz, Inc. from January 2004 to May 2007. Aaron earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1998 and 2003.
