Dave Brothers has held various roles throughout their work experience. Dave started their career as the Vice President of Northern Operations at Clark Builders. In 2006, they became the Past President of the NWT & Nunavut Construction Association. Currently, they are the President of D Brothers Management, a position they have held since March 2020.

Dave Brothers attended Aurora College and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) for an unknown period of time. No degrees or fields of study were specified.
