Wafa Sarguroh is an experienced instructional designer and e-learning developer currently working with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since August 2021, and with Clarity Consultants since September 2020. Wafa specializes in creating interactive courses by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and implementing eLearning best practices. Additional roles include Quality Assurance Specialist and Researcher at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and previous positions at Durham College and KC College. Wafa holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Pedagogy with a focus on Digital Technologies and Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, along with two master’s and a bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
