Tom Willman is an experienced professional in the field of regulatory policy and economics, currently serving as Regulatory Lead at Clarity AI since July 2022, where the focus is on sustainability technology and its societal impact. Since April 2024, Tom has also been Co-Chair of the Policy and Regulations Working Group at the Future of Sustainable Data Alliance (FoSDA), following a tenure as a Board Member from October 2022 to February 2024. Prior to joining Clarity AI, Tom served as a Policy Advisor at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) from January 2018 to May 2022 and held roles at the Financial Conduct Authority as an Economist and Executive Assistant, along with an Assistant Economist position at the Competition and Markets Authority. Academically, Tom holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and Boston College.
