Joanne Conforte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joanne is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Claritas Rx, where they are responsible for ensuring operational excellence across customer success functions and developing scalable best practices. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract Project Manager at The Steely Group and Senior Project Manager at Ancera.

Joanne also has extensive experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the Digital Science division. Joanne Conforte began their education in 2006 at Housatonic Community College, where they pursued Early Childhood Education and Teaching. After a year, they transferred to Southern Connecticut State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2011.
