Willem Bosman started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in May 2019. Willem worked there until May 2022. In July 2021, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Full Stack Engineer and held the position until April 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer at Claritas since April 2022.

Willem Bosman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between the years 2015 and 2018. In January 2020, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
