Charles Flower is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Claritas HealthTech since September 2022. Prior to this role, Charles was the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank from April 1994 to April 2021, where Charles held various global and regional COO positions within the Fixed Income businesses. Charles also worked at Bankers Trust as a Business Manager and Finance Manager. Before Deutsche Bank, Charles worked at PwC as a Senior Manager & Project Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets Group. Charles is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a degree in Economics (BA Hons) from the University of Nottingham.
