Stephanie Foster is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people strategy and talent acquisition. Currently serving as VP of People Strategy at ClarisHealth since February 2020, Stephanie previously held positions at Experian Health from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment and mentoring HR Business Partners. Additional experience includes roles at Microdynamics, Cross Country Healthcare, and MetLife Financial Services, where Stephanie contributed to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR projects. Stephanie holds a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, with minors in Business Administration and Psychology.
