Tom Webber currently serves as the Regional Development Director for the North and Central Region at Clarion Housing Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior Development Manager at Muse from July 2019 to May 2024, overseeing complex mixed-use projects such as Stockport Exchange and Islington Wharf. Tom's extensive experience includes serving as Development Director at Montreaux Limited, where responsibilities included leading development and planning for over 15 projects ranging from 500-2,000 units. Previous positions include Senior Planning Officer at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Planning Manager at Mount Anvil, and Planner at Firstplan, among others. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Planning from Cardiff University and a Master of Arts in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England.
