Michaela Mayer has extensive experience in customer solutions and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions and Customer Experience Manager at Clarion Events since April 2017. Previously, Michaela held roles including Customer Experience Manager and VIP Delegation Programme Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Michaela worked as a Customer Service Representative at Informa Maritime Events from September 2014 to September 2015. Educationally, Michaela holds a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Guildford College and Farnborough College of Technology, as well as a degree in International Relations from the University of East London School of Education and Communities, completed in 2019.
