Johanna Fernengel is a Global Product Manager for Fuels and a Modelling Expert at Clariant since April 2020, focusing on project management and model development for various catalyst applications. Prior to this role, Johanna served as a Project Manager at CALORIC Anlagenbau GmbH from October 2012 to September 2015, overseeing international plant engineering projects in waste incineration and hydrogen generation. Additionally, Johanna worked as a Project Engineer at Siemens for a brief period in early 2012, where simulation of vanadium redox flow batteries was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Dr.-Ing. in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in the same field from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a research stay at Imperial College London, a Bachelor's degree from the Technical University of Munich, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Anglo European School in the UK.
