Hans Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hans started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Food Lion, where they efficiently managed personnel and successfully resolved cash discrepancies. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Intern at Davenport & Company LLC, where they implemented direct marketing strategies and effectively managed competing projects. In 2017, Hans joined Ferguson Enterprises as a Credit Manager/Analyst, where they interacted with management to resolve problems and disputes and received a promotion to management within a year. At Talend, Hans worked as a North America Credit & Collections Analyst from 2019 to 2021, before being promoted to a Senior Analyst. In this role, they led the NORAM Team, collaborated with the Legal team, and used various software tools to manage credit and collections. In 2023, Hans joined Clari as a Senior Accountant.

From 2013 to 2017, they attended William & Mary and obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Hans double majored in Economics and Studio Art during this time.

In 2016, they participated in an Exchange Student Program at the University of Nottingham, where they focused on Economics.

During 2015, they took part in a Study Abroad Program at LinguaViva Language Institute. Hans'sstudies included Italian Language and Literature, as well as Italian Art History.

From 2010 to 2013, they attended Rappahannock Community College, where they earned a Supplemented High School Diploma. Hans'sfield of study was focused on Marine and Environmental Sciences.

Furthermore, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Mathews High School, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma and pursued Advanced Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Hans Saunders obtained a Basic Financial Accounting certification from the National Association of Credit Management in December 2019. Hans also became PADI Diving Certified through PADI in November 2014.
