Melinda Montaperto is an experienced mathematics educator with a strong background in teaching and tutoring. Currently serving as a Home Instructor at Clarence Central Schools since November 2021, Melinda provides tailored mathematics lessons, including geometry, statistics, and algebra, to students in grades 7–12 who are unable to attend regular schooling due to medical reasons. Melinda also worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Starpoint Central School District from April to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing and instructing lessons for Math 8 and Algebra I. Prior roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at The Gifted Math Program at the University at Buffalo and as a Mathematics Tutor at Daemen College. Melinda holds a Master of Education in Mathematics Teacher Education from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Daemen University.
