QA Engineer at Clara Technologies

Aleksandra Zuchewicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aleksandra currently works as a QA Engineer at Clara Technologies, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at EIC (Energy Industries Council) from May 2019 to June 2021, where they served as an Information Product Tester.

In 2017, Aleksandra worked at 3M as a QA Engineer and later as a Lean Engineer. In their role as a QA Engineer, they conducted process and product audits, created quality procedures, managed complaints from customers, and implemented problem-solving techniques such as BPQN, 5 whys worksheet, and 8D. As a Lean Engineer, they were involved in the implementation of 5S, led lean workshops, oversaw the KAIZEN process, and implemented supermarket supply methods for production.

Before 3M, Aleksandra gained experience as a Trainee in the QA Department at Whirlpool EMEA in 2016. Aleksandra also had a brief Kaizen Department trainee role at LEONI in 2015. Aleksandra participated in a student practice program at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu (formerly known as Akademia Ekonomiczna im. Oskara Langego we Wrocławiu) in 2014.

Aleksandra started their professional journey in 2014 as a trainee in the production department at Faurecia and later in the HSE and Environmental Protection department at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland.

Aleksandra Zuchewicz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and production engineering from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, completing their studies in 2016. Aleksandra continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and production engineering in 2018. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including ISTQB Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in February 2019; IELTS (B2) from the British Council, obtained in July 2018; Project management in accordance with the LEAN SIX SIGMA Methodology from 3M, obtained in an unspecified month in 2017; and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certificates in Project Management from PeopleCert, both obtained in December 2016.
