Rodrigo R. has a diverse work experience with a focus on IT and design roles. Rodrigo started their career at Progressive Insurance as a Software Developer, where they developed web applications using .NET and C# to streamline internal processes. Rodrigo then joined Apollo Group as a Software Engineer II, where they planned, developed, and deployed web applications using Google's Web Toolkit and Django framework.

In 2014, Rodrigo joined Prism Studios, Design Studio as a Design Director, responsible for leading design projects. During the same year, they joined Clairvoyant as a Director of IT, overseeing technical projects, managing networks, and collaborating with external vendors and advisors. Rodrigo also held the position of Lead Design Director at Clairvoyant, specializing in product design and driving improvement in IT processes.

Most recently, Rodrigo migrated to EXL as the Director of IT after EXL's acquisition of Clairvoyant, retaining the same title and responsibilities. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various software and design tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign, IntelliJ, Sketch, and more.

Rodrigo R. attended Arizona Western College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled in Arizona State University from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Rodrigo obtained a certification in "Design: Creation of Artifacts in Society" from Coursera Verified Certificates in June 2015.
