Elizabeth Walsh is an experienced Background Manager at Claims Bureau USA since February 2016, where responsibilities include supervising a team of investigators, editing reports, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as a Senior Background Investigator and Entry Level Background Investigator, honing skills in training, report generation, and meeting company standards. Additionally, Elizabeth has coaching experience as the Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Masconomet Regional High School from August 2014 to January 2023 and has completed an internship at HAWC Healing Abuse Working for Change. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Salem State University and has a solid foundation in childcare from previous experience as a nanny.
