Klaas Kalk is an experienced project leader in civil engineering and telecommunications, currently serving as Project Leader of Civil Engineering at CLAFIS Ingenieus since October 2021 and Project Leader for Fiber Optic Projects at Gemeente Midden-Groningen since December 2022. Previous roles include Technical Advisor for the Vechtdalverbinding at Provincie Overijssel, Project Leader for Infrastructure Realization at Gemeente Appingedam, and various positions in municipal management and project support. Klaas Kalk holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Technology from Stratingh College Groningen and has a background in sales and communication training.
