Hugo Ploeg is an experienced project engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in engineering and event management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at CLAFIS Ingenieus since June 2021, Hugo previously held a similar role at Omexom NL from July 2019 to June 2021, focusing on high voltage projects and SAP procurement. As the owner of Arado Party Solutions since April 2014, Hugo specializes in DJ services for weddings, parties, and corporate events, including providing sound and lighting equipment and photobooths. Prior to these roles, Hugo worked as a dialysis technician at Dialyse Centrum Groningen from September 2016 to May 2019, managing home dialysis setups and equipment maintenance. Hugo's career began at Decarme Groep BV as a werkvoorbereider from July 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included maintenance of electrical and instrumentation installations. Hugo holds an educational background from Alpha College of Education and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.
