Alan Sobel is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Managing Principal for the New Jersey Offices at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since February 2023. Sobel has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at CytoSorbents since November 2014, contributing to the company's focus on immunotherapy and blood purification in critical care. Before this, Sobel led SobelCo as Managing Member from August 1987 to February 2023, overseeing strategic direction and execution of firm goals. Sobel began the career as a CPA at Kennedy & Lehan, CPA's from September 1983 to August 1987. Academic qualifications include a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
