Alain Blind is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial design and user experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate User Experience at CLAAS since March 2014. In this role, Alain Blind integrates HMI and UI competencies, engaging in digital simulation and verification of user experiences while emphasizing a holistic approach that encompasses psychology and user research. Previously, Alain Blind held the position of Head of Corporate Industrial Design at CLAAS, where responsibilities included building a new team, redefining the company's design perspective, and establishing the CLAAS UX DNA. Prior experience includes a role as a Design Engineer and Industrial Designer at John Deere, focusing on the development of operator station design and ergonomics. Alain Blind holds a Diplom in Industrial Design from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, obtained in June 2006.
