Michael Nance is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in plant management and process optimization. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CKS Packaging since March 2014, Michael focuses on enhancing plant processes and procedures in the U.S. Prior experience includes over 26 years at Publix Super Markets Inc., where Michael held roles such as General Manager, Operations Production Manager, and Production Manager/Maintenance Foreman. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed ensuring operational excellence in a World Class Dairy operation, developing and training staff, managing food safety and quality standards, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of production equipment. Michael's education was obtained at Travis Technical Vocational Center.
