Tim Lowther is an experienced leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager for Europe at CKE Restaurants, Inc. since July 2019. With a strong background in business development and operational management, Tim held the position of Director at Lowther Development Services from June 2014 to July 2019, providing consultancy services to the leisure and branded food sector. Previous roles include Managing Director at Smashburger, Head of Operations UK North at Five Guys, Business Manager for Shake Shack in the UK, and Franchise Recruitment Manager for Burger King in North West Europe. Tim's extensive experience also includes various managerial roles at SSP Limited, TGI Fridays, and McDonald's Corporation, demonstrating a career-long commitment to enhancing brand operations across multiple markets.
