Nikki Nederend is a seasoned professional in cultural programming and education, currently serving as Senior Programmaregisseur Vrije Tijd en Amateurkunst at CKC & partners since June 2018. In this role, Nikki has led various initiatives, including Projectleider Cultuurparticipatie - Wijck and Project Coördinator for Art-Labs, focusing on the development of creative programs for youth. Nikki also holds a position at Creative Matters, where storytelling through theater is used to spark conversations. Previous experience includes serving as Cultuurcoach and meidenwerker at Stek, guiding Social Work students in organizing activities, and as Ontwikkelmakelaar at Stichting Piëzo, promoting civic engagement. Nikki's foundational experience includes roles at Theaterhart as Gespreksleider and Trainingsacteur, working independently on project development and conflict resolution. Nikki holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed secondary education at Stedelijk College Zoetermeer.
