Lia Richards is a skilled Content Production Manager currently working for Circular Economy Club and CIWM since April 2023. Previously, Lia held the position of Head of Conference and Senior Project Manager at Encore Media Group from July 2018 to April 2023, leading the planning and execution of various technology-focused conferences and events. Lia's extensive experience includes roles in conference production at DMWF and strategic marketing at Sosban Restaurant, where initiatives resulted in significant increases in social media engagement and ticket sales. Lia began a career in marketing as a Customer Marketing Assistant at Marks and Spencer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Events Management from the University of the West of England.
