Justin-Paul Villanueva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justin-Paul started their career as a Student Incident Response Specialist at The Ohio State University in 2010, where they worked until 2013. Justin-Paul then became a Campus Representative for Knockaround from August 2013 to January 2014. In 2013, they also worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

From 2014 to 2015, Justin-Paul Villanueva worked as an Editor at Designboom. In 2015, they started working at villaCREATIVE as a Filmmaker and Multimedia Designer, a role that they continue to hold.

In 2016, they became a Minister at Universal Life Church, and from 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at L Brands. In addition, they worked as a Freelance Environmental Graphic Designer for L Brands from April 2015 to August 2016.

Justin-Paul Villanueva explored their passion for fitness by working as a Fitness Instructor at Studio Torch from December 2017 to July 2018. Justin-Paul then worked as an Indoor Cycling Instructor at Cycle614 from August 2017 to October 2018.

Currently, they are the Visual Content Director at Civitas Experiential, a position they assumed in May 2023. Overall, Justin-Paul Villanueva has gained valuable experience in filmmaking, design, fitness instruction, and content creation throughout their career.

Justin-Paul Villanueva completed their education with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from The Ohio State University. Justin-Paul attended the university from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, Justin-Paul attended Walsh Jesuit High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including being ordained as a Minister by the Universal Life Church in February 2016, and obtaining CPR/First Aid Certification from Red Cross Blood Services in November 2015.
