Jim Woods is a Project Manager at Civiltech Engineering, Inc., where Jim has worked since May 1997, specializing in feasibility, environmental, and design studies for federal-aid roadway projects, along with traffic engineering studies. Jim coordinates staff and oversees quality control and assurance for various traffic-related analyses and studies. Prior to this position, Jim gained experience as an Engineering Co-op at the Illinois Department of Transportation from May 1994 to December 1996, assisting with roadway resurfacing and reconstruction projects. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, completed in 1997, and graduated from Oak Forest High School in 1992.
