Stacey Nelson Smith is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning. As the CEO of Civilian.Agency since December 1999, Stacey has guided a diverse team focused on creating meaningful change through innovative marketing strategies. Previously, as President of an established Advertising and Public Relations Agency, Stacey successfully grew the business to over 20 employees across multiple California locations, enhancing its capabilities in managing both private industry and public sector campaigns. Earlier in the career, Stacey served as an Account Executive at AM Advertising, where strategic marketing plans were developed for notable local initiatives. Stacey holds a BA in Communications from San Diego State University and further advanced education from the University of San Diego.
