Katie Smithenry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Civil Design, Inc. since August 2019, Katie previously worked as a Training and Development Coordinator at Stevens Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing training needs and developing training programs. Prior roles also include Client Administrator at Heartland Dental, where Katie partnered with dental offices nationwide to provide administrative support and improve operations, as well as Assistant Manager/Communications Specialist at Sangamon Country Farm Bureau, focusing on member acquisition and communication strategies.
