Keith Holt has extensive experience in technology and aviation, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Service Solutions in the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality Industries at Salesforce since August 2011. Keith also holds multiple titles within Salesforce, including Principal Solution Engineer roles. With a rich background in PaaS/SaaS and industry verticals, Keith is certified as an Advanced Administrator and Developer, among other roles. In addition to technology, Keith is a Search and Rescue Mission Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol and has been a self-employed musician and sound engineer since 2000. Previous roles include positions at Consona Corporation, KANA Software, Knova Software, and various consulting and engineering roles. Keith holds a BA in Computer Science from Ouachita Baptist University and is a certified Private Pilot.
