Brad Birkel possesses extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at CivicPlus since December 2018, Brad has held multiple senior positions within the company, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales. Prior to CivicPlus, Brad worked at Medallia as Sales Director, contributing to customer experience management solutions, and held the position of Senior Account Executive at Lexmark Enterprise Software, focusing on back office automation. Earlier in the career, Brad was a Client Executive at Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities included selling electronic medical records systems and leading a pharmacy team in solution delivery. Brad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Truman State University in 2007.
